She calls for us to start democratizing expertise — to listen not only to “surgeons and CEOs, but also to shop staff.”
When faced with important choices in our private lives, it seems the temptation to “outsource” decisions is high (whether we refer to a doctor, a finance advisor, or Google), and even more so as uncertainty increases. Listening to this talk, I wondered how that
