Making decisions is part of our jobs, and I would argue that it is in fact part of everyone’s job. The choices each employee makes certainly don’t have the same individual consequences, but they collectively make or break the company’s culture, efficiency and ultimate¬†success. How well do we understand the ramifications of the choices we make on a daily basis, sometimes very quickly?
